Snow load: 120 kg/m²
Wind load: up to 100 km/h
Maximum dimensions of one module: 4125 x 7010
Additional accessories
- Weather sensors – providing convenience and safety. In adverse weather, the rain, wind and snow sensor sends a signal so that the blinds react automatically – by closing – protecting the furnishings on the terrace.
- Patio heaters. A radiant heating system is a modern and safe heating solution. Controlled by a radio remote.
- Linear lighting set in the pergola louvre and on the frame of the structure. White linear lighting is available. Wiring neatly concealed in the structure. Additional option to adjust the light intensity. Control by remote or app.
- Automation. The innovative design of bioclimatic pergolas makes it possible to equip them with an automatic adjustment system. An automated pergola means a more convenient home. Control by remote or phone, or connecting the pergola control system to the home automation hub, will ensure comfort and convenience.

Who Elite is for
Elite is chosen by people who want a louvred roof over a typical terrace next to the house. One module covers up to 4125 × 7010 mm, and we build larger terraces from several modules. If you live in an area with heavy snowfall or are planning large spans, compare it with the Prestige model.

Questions about Elite
Is the Elite roof watertight when it rains?
Yes. Thanks to the seals, closed louvres sit tightly against each other and the frame, and water drains through the gutters into the post.
Can Elite be installed against the wall of a house?
Yes, in the wall-mounted version. We choose the fixing method after measuring the wall.
Can I add ZIP blinds or glass to Elite later?
Yes. ZIP SCREEN blinds, sliding glass doors and lighting can be added to an existing structure.
